The times that we are called upon to prove our claim may be few, but the very fact that we can drink our water does a lot to set us apart from other companies in the industry. This was brought to light recently when one of our customers related to us a case of mystery, intrigue, and mistaken identity.
It all began when our customer went online and accidentally booked a service call with another carpet cleaner. GASP! When their technician arrived, she didn't recognize the truck or the uniform as standard Zerorez-issue. Unwilling to let the technician perform the service until she knew it was going to be up to Zerorez standard, she asked the only question she could that would absolutely distinguish this company from Zerorez. She asked the technician, "Will you drink the water?" The incredulous stare she received in response to her query was answer enough, and she sent the other company away. After a quick phone call to one of our friendly, call center operators, a Zerorez appointment was booked. Just know that when you book a an appointment with Zerorez, we will not send out an under-trained subcontractor; you will always have a Zerorez technician in a Zerorez uniform driving a Zerorez truck or van.
The lesson here is, be careful with whom you schedule your appointment. Many other companies will include "zerorez" or "zero residue" as search words to help promote their online presence but that alone will not provide the Zerorez difference.
